Personality:
River is a very unstable girl, she fels every emotion like the keen edge of a dagger and it can make her fly off the hinge. She believes in justice and fighting to protect people but her unstable social and emotional foundations make her a difficult person to believe in and side with. River is a vvery childish young woman as she never knew a proper childhood. She holds grudges easily and has nobody she can really cal a friend because of her multiple personalities, one minute she is the sweet scared grl the next she is a killing machine

History:
River's past was a maelstrum of pain. She was born to an upper class family with her brother Simon but after 10 years her gifts manifested and so did her mental instabilities.When her gifts manifested her parents who were upper class citzens with a great amount of respect for the law contained her within her bedroom until her father's mind taught her everything about fighting. She smashed apart her holding cell which was once her bedroom and her father tried to stop her but she was too far gone, his memories of war flooding her mind she killed him, her mother and Simon her brother in a night of blood shed.

Thus began her life as an out cast who didn't even understand herself. She spent many years evading the police until the only officer who honestly suspected her approached and she tore out his throat in a blind panic. This made life worse, she was arrested as she lay weeping in the middle of the busiest road in Boston and after several hours of questioning it was assertained that she was unstable and not at all capable of such a brutal and efficiently strong murder. They also believed that she would not posses the martial skill to kill the man, her father and her brother all in her state at the time, she was a thin girl, not unattractive but malnourished and also very lithe and graceful.

After two years stuck in padded cells with men pouring over her to get her to speak and operating on her brain, stripping it back and tearing it and finally creating a super weapon for the government, she was tuned nd toned. Turned into their new tool, perfect for defensive deployment they said, they told her things she would hate to recount. It was then that they deployed her to kill her only living relative, the rebel against the NATO initiative, she was ordered to tear his throat out and feed his lungs to a pig, but not to leave any traces except the throat wound and a blood smear on the wall. She did this flawlessy, until a fellow like her used horse tranquiliser to bring her down and it worked, her smallf rame was unable to take the strength of the chemicals even after they had messed with her brain and she collapsed to wake up 4 years later attached to feeding tubes in a hopsital with only an address, the Academey's address. Her life line it said and so she began the onorous journey to the academey, on foot. Unstable and afraid with over $2000 in her pocket.
